You are invited to enjoy a unique Indian evening of food, culture and guest speakers from India to help raise funds for the Jogini girls of India.

Jogini girls are trapped in unimaginable ritualised sexual abuse. From as young as 5 or 6 they are dedicated to the temple goddess and after reaching puberty suffer immense physical and sexual abuse from men in their village, leaving them with sexual diseases, pregnancy, isolation and rejection from the rest of society.

Our aim is to support these girls with health care, counselling, raising awareness of the illegality of the system and education towards a career, independence and restored dignity.

Dalit Freedom Network Australia is working to bring an end to the ritual sex slavery of trapped Jogini girls.
